  • One-on-One Sessions: Enjoy exclusive attention as your instructor tailors every move to your specific goals, level, and needs. Ideal for beginners, injury rehab, or anyone wanting an intensive, custom approach.​

  • Duet and Trio Sessions: Opt for our semi-private format and share a session with one or two friends! These classes offer the fun and motivation of working out together alongside detailed instruction and hands-on feedback. You get more personal guidance than a large group, with the added energy and camaraderie of a shared session—perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who likes a bit of friendly support.​

  • Group Classes: Join our vibrant community sessions with four or more participants. These group classes feature dynamic routines, shared encouragement, and a lively studio atmosphere, making Pilates accessible and engaging for everyone. It's a great way to stay motivated and push your limits, whatever your experience level.​
